About Resolute Data Center Cleaning

Born and raised in Atlanta, L.J. Slan is a founder, investor, and business builder who cares deeply about growing companies.  Before joining Resolute, L.J. worked across various industries and high-growth companies.  Early on, as an assistant PM at Bryson Constructors and a family office analyst focusing on the entire investment lifecycle, M&A, e-commerce, and strategic initiatives at Sid & Ann Mashburn.  Most recently, L.J. served as Chief of Staff at ASW Distillery, where he supported the founders by overseeing day-to-day operations, leading strategic planning & long-term growth initiatives, and capital raising. L.J. also works across the Resolute portfolio.  He received a B.A. from Liberty University, where he studied Economics and History, and an M.B.A. from Yale SOM.  Mr. Slan serves on the board of Seaborn Oyster Co. and is an avid golfer and skier.

Christian Bateson is a founder, entrepreneur, investment banker, and investor passionate about growing companies. After ten years as an investment banker with Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. and JP Morgan, Christian joined Imperial Capital to focus on institutional investors and middle market companies. During his nine-year tenure, Christian helped drive institutional credit sales. Christian's deep entrepreneurial and finance experience gives him unique insights into the various aspects of being a founder and driving long-term growth. At Resolute Data, Christian focuses primarily on finance and operations and is the standard bearer of the Resolute brand and Resolute 'product' we offer clients.  His leadership extends beyond Resolute Data, as he also serves as President and CEO of Resolute Construction Clean-up Services and S&R Cleaning Services. Christian’s philanthropic interests include ALS United of Georgia, and Mill Springs Academy where he serves on the Board of Trustees.  He is the father of two growing boys and an avid golfer.  Christian received a B.A. from Dartmouth College, where he studied Economics and Spanish.
